Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of www.forfi.ai and its pages (the "site"), which are run by FORFI, Inc. ("FORFI", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, bank or credit union, you agree to them for that organization too. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These terms cover the public website only. Use of the FORFI platform is governed by a separate written agreement between FORFI and each customer. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.

Who may use the site

The site is meant for professionals, such as people who work at banks, credit unions and other businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use it.

Information on the site

We publish product descriptions, articles and other material to explain what FORFI does. It is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax, regulatory or investment advice, and it does not create a customer relationship. Examples and results described on the site are illustrations; your results will depend on your own institution, data and decisions.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we don't promise that everything on it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Our content and trademarks

The site and everything on it, including text, graphics, animations, designs, software and the FORFI name and logo, belong to FORFI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Other companies' names and logos, such as those of our technology partners, belong to their owners.

You may view the site, share links to it, and quote or cite short excerpts with credit to FORFI and a link to the source. Anything else, such as copying, republishing, selling or creating derivative works from our content, needs our written permission. Nothing on the site gives you a license to use our trademarks.

Using the site responsibly

When you use the site, please don't:

• break any law or anyone else's rights;
• try to get unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other people's data;
• disrupt or overload the site, or send malware, spam or automated traffic that degrades it for others;
• copy or reverse engineer the site's code or design to build a competing product;
• pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to an organization; or
• send us confidential customer banking data or anyone else's personal information without the right to share it.

What you send us

When you request a demo, write to us or send feedback, you confirm that what you share is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please don't include customer banking data or other confidential information; we don't need it to start a conversation. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you send ideas or suggestions about FORFI, we may use them freely and without owing you anything, but we won't publish your name or your institution's name without your permission.

Links and other services

The site links to other websites and services, including some that we run separately and some run by others. Those have their own terms and policies. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, FORFI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FORFI and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on it, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Some places don't allow certain of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Your responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against FORFI, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, that result.

Changes and suspension

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. We may also change, suspend or stop any part of the site, or limit someone's access to it if they misuse it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and FORFI agree to their jurisdiction.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and FORFI about the site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or acquisition.
