We ask for as little as we can, use it only to talk with you about FORFI, and never sell it. Here is the detail.

Who we are and what this covers
FORFI, Inc. ("FORFI", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation that builds autonomous revenue software for banks and credit unions. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.forfi.ai (the "site"), how we use it and the choices you have.
It covers visitors to the site and people who contact us, for example to request a demo. It does not cover data that a bank or credit union processes in the FORFI platform. That data belongs to the institution and is handled under our agreement with it (see Customer and banking data).
Information you give us
You choose what to share with us. This happens when you:
- Request a demo. The form asks for your full name, email, phone number and institution. You can also tell us where you heard about FORFI and anything else we should know.
- Write to us through the Contact page. It asks for your name, work email, institution, role (optional) and where you want to grow.
- Email or call us directly, or meet us at an event.
Today, both forms work by opening an email in your own mail app, addressed to FORFI and filled in with what you typed. The site itself does not send or store anything. We receive the information only when you send that email, and you can edit it first.
Information collected automatically
We keep the site light. It does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or other trackers, and its fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service.
Like any website, the servers that deliver the site receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), may keep this in short-lived server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify you.
If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to you and arrange the demo or conversation you asked for;
- understand your institution's goals so the conversation is useful;
- keep in touch about FORFI, such as follow-ups and relevant product news, which you can stop at any time;
- keep the site and our business secure and prevent misuse; and
- meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Customer and banking data
Please don't send us customer banking data through the site, our forms or email. That includes account numbers, balances, transactions and any nonpublic personal information about a bank's or credit union's customers. We don't need it to start a conversation. If we receive it this way by mistake, we will delete it.
When a bank or credit union uses the FORFI platform, it decides what data FORFI processes and why. We process that data only on the institution's instructions, under a written agreement with security and confidentiality terms. Questions about that data are best directed to the institution itself.
How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as Microsoft for email and Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud for hosting and cloud services. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of FORFI, our customers or others.
- Business changes, if FORFI is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets. The information would stay protected by this policy or one at least as protective.
- With your permission, in any other case.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: while we are talking with you or your institution, and afterwards as long as the law requires or allows. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and regular email is not encrypted end to end, so please avoid sending sensitive information by email.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to stop sending you updates at any time by replying to one of our emails or writing to us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- have your information deleted;
- object to or limit certain uses of your information; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Where information is processed
FORFI is based in the United States, and we process information there. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Children
The site is for businesses and the professionals who work at them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, including our own separate products. Those sites may have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies. This policy applies only to www.forfi.ai. Your use of the site is also covered by our Terms of Use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site, business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site or tell you directly.
